Payment Policies
Fee Payment Schedule
- âĸSchool fees are to be paid in 4 quarters/installments
- âĸQuarterly installment must be paid by the 15th of the first month of that quarter
- âĸLate fee of Rs. 20/- per month applies if fees are not paid by the prescribed date
- âĸAll dues must be paid up before each terminal exam irrespective of the due date
- âĸStudents with overdue fees may be barred from sitting for exams
- âĸNo student will be allowed to return until outstanding dues are settled in full
- âĸStudents are liable to be charged full fee as long as their names are officially on the rolls
Fee Payment Consequences
- âĸStudent's name liable to be struck off rolls if dues remain unpaid for more than 30 days
- âĸRe-admission only after previous dues are cleared and re-admission fees paid afresh
- âĸNo student allowed to return until outstanding fee dues of previous term are settled
- âĸBonafide Certificate issued from office after two working days when applied for
